Branigars
Roselle

Branigars, formally known as Branigar's Medinah Woods, is an established residential area located along Plum Grove Road in the Village of Roselle, Illinois. The land was originally platted in the early 1950s by the Branigar Organization, a Chicago-area development company founded by Harvey W. Branigar's father and uncles around World War I. Harvey W. Branigar took over as chairman after serving in World War II, and under his leadership the company developed numerous parcels throughout the Chicagoland area, including well-known communities like Indian Lakes in Bloomingdale.
Homes throughout Branigars reflect the character of mid-century development, with a mix of custom and builder homes constructed over the years on generously sized lots. Many properties feature mature trees and a country-like feel that has become a hallmark of Branigar Organization communities throughout the region, giving the area a distinct, established charm that has held up over decades.
Location adds to the area's lasting appeal. Branigars sits close to downtown Roselle, with its Metra train station, restaurants, and shops just a short drive away. Residents also benefit from nearby parks and easy access to Lake Street and Irving Park Road, connecting the neighborhood to surrounding communities and the greater Chicagoland area. This blend of established character, spacious lots, and everyday convenience continues to make Branigars a distinctive part of Roselle.
