Below are some subdivision websites in Palatine.

Hunting Ridge
Hunting Ridge is a single-family home neighborhood located west of Quentin Road along Illinois Avenue, surrounding William Fremd High School, in the Village of Palatine, Illinois. Approved for development in 1967 on roughly 200 acres, the community was built by Winston-Muss Corporation, with the first residents moving in during the fall of 1968. Homes throughout Hunting Ridge continued to be built over the following years, bringing a mix of colonials, raised ranches, and split-levels to what had previously been open farmland on Palatine's southwest side.

Maison Du Comte
Maison Du Comte is a gated townhome community located northwest of Algonquin Road and Roselle Road in the Village of Palatine, Illinois. Developed by Inverland Russell Company of Inverness in the mid-2000s, the community brought a European-inspired take on townhome living to this corner of Palatine, with French-influenced street names and architectural details that give the neighborhood a distinctive character.

Pleasant Hill
Pleasant Hill is a single-family home neighborhood located on Illinois Street east of Quentin Road in the Village of Palatine, Illinois. Construction on the community began in 1960, with the subdivision officially opening the following year under developers Gilbert and Wolf. Over the decades since, Pleasant Hill has grown into one of Palatine's well-established residential areas, valued for its consistency and long-term appeal.

Plum Grove Estates
Plum Grove Estates is a well-established single-family home neighborhood located north of Algonquin Road and west of Frontage Road in the Village of Palatine, Illinois. The community's roots trace back to 1957, with development continuing in phases over the following decades as Palatine's southwest side grew into the residential area it is today. This gradual build-out gave Plum Grove Estates a layered character, blending homes from different eras into one cohesive, long-standing neighborhood.

Wexford
Wexford is an upscale single-family home community located south of Euclid Avenue and east of Quentin Road in the Village of Palatine, Illinois. Developed by Kimball Hill Homes, Wexford took shape between the late 1990s and early 2000s, bringing a collection of spacious, thoughtfully designed homes to this desirable corner of Palatine. From the outset, the community was built to appeal to growing families seeking room to spread out without sacrificing the comforts of suburban living.

Winston Park
Winston Park is a well-established single-family home neighborhood located north of Palatine Road and west of Route 53 in the Village of Palatine, Illinois. Developed beginning in 1957 under the vision of David Muss of Winston Park Northwest, this planned community marked one of the largest residential undertakings in Palatine's history. Built across four distinct sections, the neighborhood features a mix of ranch and split-level homes, many constructed in the years following World War II to accommodate the growing families of the era. From the start, the community was designed with infrastructure in mind: underground electric and utility lines, paved streets, and dedicated waterworks and sanitary sewer systems were all part of the original plan, an unusually progressive approach for a subdivision of its time. Streets throughout the neighborhood were named in honor of Palatine's early settlers, a detail that still gives Winston Park a distinct sense of local history and character today.

Virginia Lake
Virginia Lake is a well-established neighborhood located southwest of Route 53 and Rand Road in the Village of Palatine, Illinois. Development of the community dates back to 1965, when the subdivision was first planned to bring 187 homes to this section of Palatine. Nestled between two nature preserves and featuring several small lakes and ponds throughout, the neighborhood was shaped as much by its natural surroundings as by its residential design.
