Q: Does Royal Family Real Estate actually guarantee the sale of my house?
A: Yes, we will show you upfront what the guaranteed sale price is and you can decide whether or not you want to move forward. Plus, you can move forward and then change your mind before we start the process of buying it. This guaranteed sale is only meant to be a safety net for you as we would much rather sell your home on the open market for top dollar to maximize your return.
Q: How does it work?
A: We will show you what we feel you can get on the open market and then what we will buy it at. There is no obligation or cost to you for this. If the home has not sold withing the agreed time frame then we will start the process of us buying it from you at the originally agreed upon price.

Q: What will be my closing costs?
A: This is case by case but we will go over all the details with you prior to asking you to sign an agreement with us. We will outline an estimate of what your closing costs, if any, will be if we end up buying it.

Q: Do I have to empty out the house or can I leave everything behind and just handover the keys?
A: This is case by case but we absolutely can buy the home and take on the responsibility of all the contents.

Q: What if I don't want to do the Guaranteed Sale Program?
A: No problem! This program is not for everyone. Most of our sales are done the traditional route where we list on the open market and maximize the sale price for the seller. This program is for those that want to know 100%, no matter what, their house will be sold in a given time frame.
Q: Ok, what’s the catch?!
A: There is no catch. The reason for this program is to show you we are confident that we can sell your house and we’ll back it up by buying it if we cannot sell it. Not many Realtors can say that!​​​
