Dramatic headline but nothing new here. This happens every year. We have hit the peak in showing activity for the year and now it will be trending down for the rest of the year. The blue line below is 2025 and orange line is for 2026. It's still a good time to sell as showing activity is robust but every week that goes by there will be less and less buyers entering the market and more listings coming to the market. We are in the best time of year if you are a seller. Inventory is down 13.7% from this time last year and buyer demand will be at its peak for these next few weeks. Low supply and high demand = higher prices. Once we get to the end of April, buyer traffic will start its annual decline. Prices began to move up starting in February and will hit the peak in the June time frame. Deals that are put together in April will be closing in May and June. Usually in July / August price
