Schaumburg
Schaumburg is a suburn of Chicago and near O'Hare International Airport. The population is around 80,000. Known as a major economic center in the "Golden Corridor," it features the massive Woodfield Mall, extensive dining, and high-quality residential, educational, and recreational amenities.

Ashton Park
Ashton Park is an upscale townhouse community in Schaumburg situated on a 20-acre site on the northside of Schaumburg Road and Summit Drive which is east of Roselle Road. This neighborhood overlooks a lake and includes 130 units which consist of 28 buildings; each containing 3 to 6 units per building.

Autumn Ridge

Bar Harbour
Bar Harbour is a distinctive condominium community tucked along Bar Harbour Road, just west of Meacham Road off Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg, Illinois. Briar Pointe in Schaumburg was built in the 1990's by Kenar. There are 7 total floor plans. Four of those floor plans are main level and the other three are 2 story. All the units have a 1 car garage. If you are a commuter then this is a great location for you with easy access to the Schaumburg train as well as 390.

Bright Ridge
Bright Ridge is a well-situated townhome community tucked along Bright Ridge Drive on Schaumburg Road, between Plum Grove Road and Roselle Road in Schaumburg, Illinois. Churchill
The Churchill subdivision is located west of the Golf-Higgins Road intersection in Schaumburg. Even though it is in Schaumburg, it is surrounded by the 3 sides of Hoffman Estates. This 50-acre neighborhood was built by Hoffman-Rosner Corp., formally known as F&S Construction. It has 142 homesites, each with at least a ¼ acre of land, and were considered an exclusive colony of fine traditional and contemporary homes. The Churchill development plans were in the works for 2 years before construction.
The homes were carefully arranged to provide privacy as well as quiet and beautiful views. They were created with affordability and high design quality in mind. Some of the home types include a California modern ranch, French Provincial, Contemporary and New England Colonial 2 story, Rustic Country ranch and Traditional split-level designs.
At the time, the Schaumburg School Board built a new school and named it after Winston C. Churchill. The Churchill subdivision was named as such because it is a community that surrounds the Winston Churchill Elementary School. It was on property purchased from Hoffman Rosner and the Trustees decided to honor the memory of him. Also, in 1967 a 2-foot square bronze plaque honoring the memory of Sir Winston Churchill was dedicated by the Village of Schaumburg and the Hoffman-Rosner Corp. It was mounted on the brick and stone monument at the entrance of the Churchill subdivision. The plaque was even approved by Lady Clementine Churchill who was Winston’s widow.
It is minutes away from Woodfield Mall and near major expressways, parks, dining, shopping, and all the amenities that Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates have to offer. Winston Churchill Elementary School is within walking distance and Dwight D. Eisenhower Junior High is within ½ a mile from the Churchill subdivision.

Cloisters is a contemporary townhome community nestled just south of Wise Road and west of Roselle Road in Schaumburg, Illinois. Construction began in 2001 and was completed around 2002, making Cloisters one of the newer residential communities to take shape in Schaumburg, arriving at a time when the village had long established itself as one of the most desirable suburban addresses in the entire Chicagoland area.

College Hill

Built between 1983 and 1989 by Lexington Homes, Country Grove took shape during one of the busiest and most ambitious periods of residential development in Schaumburg's history, and it quickly earned a reputation as one of the more substantial and well-crafted single-family neighborhoods in the area. While townhomes and condos were proliferating across the village, Country Grove offered buyers something different: real homes with real yards, built for families who wanted room to grow.

Cutters Mill
Cutters Mill is a medium to large single family Country Home community north of Schaumburg Road, south of Bode Road and west of Springingsguth Rd. This 65-acre piece of land was shared between Zale Group Construction Co. and United Development. The Zale Group was a construction company from Arlington Heights. United Development was a Chicago based residential and commercial real estate and management company that began single family and town home developments in the Chicagoland area.
One of the biggest attractions from this development was its location, large family style homes, affordable prices, and proximity to the schools. These attractive homes have 3-4 bedrooms, master bedrooms with private baths, formal living and dining rooms, family rooms and 2 car garages as their standard feature. They were designed with families in mind. Most of the buyers at the time were people from the Schaumburg area who were wanting to get their second home so they can grow with their families more comfortably. Cutters Mill which opened in October of 1984, sold out in July of 1985 and the second phase of development began shortly after that.
This community is directly across the street from one of the Schaumburg Park District Recreation Centers which houses a gym, swimming pool and other amenities. It is also near schools, parks, major retailers, shopping, dining, major expressways, and Woodfield Mall,

Built between 1967 and 1968 by Kaufman and Broad Homes, the nationally recognized builder known today as KB Home, Drumcastle arrived at a pivotal moment when Schaumburg was transforming from a quiet township into one of the most exciting suburban destinations in the Chicago area.
