Heatherwood North is a smaller townhouse community in Schaumburg nestled on the western side of the Schaumburg and Barrington Road intersection which was previously known as part of Odlum Farm. It was built by the popular Pasquinelli Homes in the 1990s. This company was founded in 1956 by 2 brothers; Bruno and Tony Pasquinelli. They initially built only in the Chicago area but ended up branching out into Colorado and Florida. The townhomes have 2-3 bedrooms and attached garages.
Heatherwood North is located near schools, major retailers, restaurants, parks, Congo River Adventure Golf, the Arthur L. Janura Nature Preserve and Shoe Factory Road Prairie Nature Preserve.
