History of Hanover Highlands

Hanover Highlands in Hanover Park is the product of two young builders, Ronald Benach (29) and his partner Stuart Grill (27).

The plat of subdivision for Hanover Highlands was approved in 1962. Prices back then started from $15,000 to $20,000! In 1963, Hanover Highlands had more sales than any other housing development in the Chicago metropolitan area.

 
This great subdivision is in Schaumburg Township and feeds into District 54 and 211 schools and has amazing accessibility with being close to 390 and both Schaumburg and Hanover Park train stations.
