History of Georgetown Townhomes of Schaumburg

Georgetown Townhomes of Schaumburg began construction in 2005. there are 91 townhomes and they were built by American Colony Homes. The two models consist of the Columbia which is 1,847 square feet and the Dartmouth which is the end unit with 2,263 square feet.  All the townhomes feature a front porch, balcony and a private courtyard. Walk to Starbucks and very close to 390 and Schaumburg Train Station. Large park with playground as well!
