I want to be your Emotional Support Real Estate Agent!

The best part about being your emotional support realtor is that, you do not need a certified doctor's letter to have me as your Emotional Support Realtor.

I've had the honor of having two rewarding and varied careers, in the Schaumburg community. I retired  from Schaumburg School District 54 after 40 plus years of teaching. My career started at Nathan Hale School, just down the road, from Royal Family office, and I finished my career at Margaret Mead Jr. High, where I taught language arts, coached track and cross country, among other things. Thus, my bad knees. I am presently a trsutee on District 54's Educational Foundation where one of our goals is to raise funds for families in need, in the Schaumburg school system.

Being involve in the Schaumburg community is very important to me and to my real estate career. In 1976, I founded the Schaumburg Teen Center also known as the Barn. i volunteered at the center from 1976 until it was closed, a bit before Covid started.

So, what does this have to do with real estate? Teaching and the Teen Center enchanced my ability to be an informed Realtor, which benefited my clients. As a Realtor, I am an educator and counselor when it comes down to guiding my clients through the sometimes tedious real estate process.

I have been a Realtor for over 40 years when my focus was/is working with first time buyers/sellers, senior citizenz and of course, former students and parents. The rewards are endless. My teaching experience enchanced the way I work and represent my clients. Teachers are known for their patience, listening and communicating skills, which come in handy during negotiations. I want to make sure that my clients are in good hands.

To conclude, as Rory Voden stated.. Successful people do things that most people aren't willing to do. I am willing to do the successful things to make sure that your real estate experiences are as painless, successful, and free from stress as possible. See Ya. Steve Isackson or Mr. I to all whom I taught

Testimonials

"We were selling my mom’s house of 42 years and Steve did a great job for us. He was an advocate and a counselor but always treated us as the customer, even though we were hundreds of miles away. Always responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty. He knew the market and helped us price the home fairly. We’re running out of good people these days and they deserve to be recognized."

Fred Desousa

"Steve 's knowledge and experience as an agent proves invaluable. He is very thorough in explaining the steps of selling, advertising, fees, and the procedures that take place at closings. Steve also recommended a very honest and very considerate Attorney ,which we were so happy with."

Jas Grossmann

"Steve was everything I needed in a realtor. He responded to inquiries in a timely fashion, took time to explain the process in detail and kept communication to a minimum, but certainly without holes. Nice job sir."

Ro Cory

"Steve helped us out tremendously. He was always available for showings and for answering any questions we had, he would do anything for us. He tried many ways to find us the house that we were looking for. He is very personable. He was very responsive, he would contact us as soon as he could."

J Wizred

"Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure. He is very knowledgable, responsive, and helped me navigate through a very difficult process. Steve went beyond what is expected of a realtor by finding service providers and making himself available for letting the contractors inside as I lived about an hour away."
