Dramatic headline but nothing new here. This happens every year. We have hit the peak in showing activity for the year and now it will be trending down for the rest of the year. The blue line below is 2025 and orange line is for 2026.

It's still a good time to sell as showing activity is robust but every week that goes by there will be less and less buyers entering the market and more listings coming to the market.
