Looks like the number of Showings Per Listing has hit its peak for the year. This is nothing unusual and now we will start to see more homes come on the market while demand slows into the summer months.



In May of '23, the number of Showings Per Listing in April was 12 and it is 11 now, down 8%. In a "normal" market, there would be around 6 or 7 Showings Per Listing in April.
